*Job Details: * Ingenious Business Solutions is an employment type of Contractor 1099. If you have your own vehicle, compensation weekly varying number of routes delivered. We also offer negotiable rates per mile, weekly payments, daily local or long routes to deliver essential goods, and medical for organizations throughout the United States and Canada. Ingenious Business Solutions can provide an opportunity of stability for those who want to be home every night and those that want to be on the road. If you are looking for employment like such, drive for our organization. We are an organization that takes care of the people we deliver to and the contractors who make this organization.The drivers will be delivering durable medical equipment to patient homes as well as picking it up. There are a few pieces of equipment that require setup such as beds (these are twin-size beds with motors that attach to the bottom) as well as checking oxygen concentrators. Full training is provided and takes 2-5 days. Drivers must be okay going into homes where people are recovering from surgery, injury, illness, COVID, going through treatment for conditions such as cancer, or even being on hospice care. This position will provide local services by delivering various packages throughout an assigned route throughout the United States and Canada. Ingenious Business Solutions is looking for carriers who own vehicles (2007 and up) like Sprinter Vans, Box Trucks, or Straight Trucks. The driver must be an individual who will be responsible for inventorying, transporting, and delivering required products to both residential and commercial locations. All drivers must communicate effectively and provide remarkable customer service to all organizations, agencies, and customers.
*_Responsibilities_*

Conduct vehicle inspections before picking up specified logistical items
Driving your assigned vehicle safely and responsibly
Following all federal and state laws, regulations and agency rules to include all IBS standards and guidelines
Reporting problems with your vehicle, including accidents, traffic violations, and damages before and after specified route
Accounting and inventorying all products that need to be transported to and from specified customers or organizations
Being the main point of contact for and with the customer during pick up or delivery of essential and sensitive packages
Maintain the ability to be notified of the possible delivery order by IBS managers
Inventory and load all goods visually and physically per IBS standards
Notify IBS of goods being picked up and transported with ETA to receiving party
Maintain constant communication with IBS area managers with a mobile device
Deliver specified packages to the recipient to ensure customer satisfaction
Notify IBS area manager of delivery
Input delivery invoice into IBS platform for record

Being reliable, having excellent customer service skills, focused on timeliness and safety
Time Management Skills
Reliable and Maintained Vehicle (2007 and Newer)
Valid Drivers License
